Jorge Bota started his real estate career two decades ago in José de Mello Real Estate, initially as an assistant of the board, and afterwards as Head of valuation and consultancy of Engimais, which is part of the same group. Prior to joining Imocom, Jorge was Head of Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield, and was subsequently promoted to Associate Partner. In 2004 he joined the Imocom Group as Investment and Commercial Director, and was in charge of defining and marketing new products and real estate investments, as well as the Group’s businesses in Angola. Prior to setting up B. Prime, Jorge Bota was an Agency Director at DTZ where he managed to reposition the company as one of the top players. He was distinguished by the Property Week European Awards. Over the past two decades in the real estate industry, Jorge Bota was responsible for marketing some of the greater Lisbon’s most renowned office developments such as Quinta da Fonte, Lagoas Park, Parque Suécia, Miraflores Premium, Amoreiras Square, Pateo Bagatella, Skandia, Café de Lisboa, Tivoli Forum, Marquês de Pombal 12, Palácio Sottomayor, Monumental, Atrium Saldanha, Torres de Lisboa, Campo Grande 380, Green Park, Edifício Europa, Torre Fernão Magalhães, Art’s Business & Hotel, Semapa, Grandella and Espace & Explorer, as well as providing marketing services for international companies like Pfizer, BP, BMW, Ericsson, Nike, Nokia, Aventis/Sanofi, Schroders, Bank of Tokyo, Mitsubishi, Philip Morris, Novartis, Apple, Boston Consulting Group, Amgen and Tyco. Jorge Bota is also Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
