Paulo started his real estate career two decades ago as financial and commercial assistant of Lusivial – a development and property management company. In 1995 he joined Donaldsons as a senior consultant in the Agency Offices Department. Prior to joining B. Prime, Paulo was the Agency Director of Abacus Savills where he managed to position the company as one of the top players in the Portuguese Market.
