2022 was the best year ever for B. Prime, which consolidated its position in the commercial real estate segment with growth of 66%. Becomes market leader in the logistics segment.
In the appraisal department, more than 1.3 million m2 were appraised. Around 100.000 m2 were placed in the branch area, not including the Tenant Representation area.
