Fedex intended to install its shared services center to support its European operation, having identified the Porto region as its preferred location. B. Prime's Tenant Rep team selected the space that met Fedex's requirements. Given that the solution found is in the construction phase, B. Prime proceeded to select and negotiate a series of spaces for temporary rental.

At the same time, B. Prime's Building Consultancy & Management team collaborated in the renovation of temporary offices, at the same time as it coordinated the layout and fit out project in the future Fedex headquarters building, which will allow the creation of more than 400 new highly qualified jobs in its shared services center in Europe.
